Origin and Meaning

Basic strokes + practice

Conducting a gong bath

Conducting a puja night

We will actively be experimenting with ancestral sound, gaining knowledge and working in depth with the sound of the gong, similar instruments and the voice. The workshop is composed of both theory lessons and hands-on practice to access the benefits of the arts of sound healing.

Sound will become a method of unleashing your personal, innate creativity and fuel your individual journey on your life path. Completing the workshop you will be able to skillfully play the gong for others, have deep knowledge about gongs and have started your path of becoming a gong master. The workshop is open to all participants who would like to enrich their personal path, engage in personal growth, love producing sound or like to use holistic resonance in their therapeutic work.

Equipment will be provided. Feel also free to bring along your favorite instruments especially gongs, singing bowls, drums, flutes, didgeridoos, etc. and a notebook.

Language of instruction: English and/or German as needed

All workshop sessions include a coffee break. Vegetarian and vegan snacks will be provided.
