This meditative sound healing journey is for you if you would like to:

• Connect to an internal state of silence, peace and truth

• Relax completely

• Balance emotions and biorhythm

• Reduce stress and tension

• Harmonize your natural frequency

• Work through and advance personal topics

• Regenerate, strengthen and bring yourself and your home into balance

We will:

• Start with gentle yoga exercises (all levels are welcome)

• Align to the directions of the sky, opening a ceremonial space (you can join in doing this for your home, newly anchoring yourself in your home)

• Enjoy a 45 min. audio file gong sound journey together, all at the same time

• Sharing circle to close the ceremony

How to prepare:

• wear comfortable clothes

• check the directions of your home finding North (google maps or a compass can help)

• create a meditation space for yourself which is quiet and cosy, have a blanket ready

• eventually serve yourself a glass of water or cup of tea, light a candle, bring your crystals and flowers

• eventually spring clean a bit so you are prepared and ready for a new chapter to open in your life

• have your headphones / speakers ready

• eventually find a personal intention for yourself
