Frida teaches Gong Playing since 2019 with a grounded, intuitive approach that blends technique, presence, and playfulness. Her aim is to help you connect deeply with your instrument(s), find confidence in your skill, and explore sound with curiosity and openness. She guides you step by step, honouring the tradition of gong work (she is a certified Gong teacher by Don Conreaux and by Bear Love Sacred Sound) and supporting you in finding your natural expression. Her teaching style is to create a safe, inspiring space where you learn to listen, experiment, and co-create with your instrument(s).
