Experience the heart-opening properties of pure cacao as we partake in a sacred ceremony leading to a session of gentle Yin Yoga, led by Martina (Feel Yoga): we will focus in gentle, restorative stretches that help to balance body and mind, accompanied by soothing sounds of the Gongs and beautiful meditative instruments Frida will be selecting for this special event. The natural surroundings and fresh air will enhance your overall experience, elevating your connection with nature, yourself, and all that is.
Please come dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation. We encourage you to bring your yoga mat, cushion, and an open heart to embrace the healing journey. (Props are also available)
