Welcome to a personal space for yourself where you can simply lie down on a yoga mat and relax completely. Let go and let the gong sounds vibrate through your body, mind and soul recharging your energy and finding balance and peace within.
Frida and Lucas will take you on a meditative sound journey intuitively playing the gongs together for you. The field of sound beyond space and time allows for transformation and magic to occur. Close your eyes for a moment and relax into a guided meditation through your subconscious. Tune into your natural frequency, aligning with yourself in yet another dimension and tuning into one frequency with the whole group.
Instruction languages English, German, Spanish as needed.
Please come in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle if available. Everything else is taken care of so you can relax fully.

Lucas Vazz is a Chilean Sound Engineer, DJ, Artist and Producer, based in Berlin since 2016. Playing live music since 2003 he dove deep into a variety of musical genres, nowadays specializing in techno, house and sound healing formats. In 2017 he founded his own label Inherencia Records showcasing Latin American tribes and consciousness, highlighting in its music and collective events the need for justice and inclusion of communities affected by political repression, conflicts and irresponsible environmental destruction. He was lucky to receive an early diagnosis of testicular cancer in the beginning of his 30s, followed by an immediate surgery and is publicly highlighting the importance of preventive medical checkups ever since.
