Through intuition, breath, intention, movement and awareness we gently release stuck congested energy and bring emotions into dynamic balance promoting health, wellbeing and inner peace.
It is a yoga of correspondences and transformation - feel free to bring in everything you know, are and want to be!
Gentle, intuitive exercises lead to a deep sound relaxation. All fitness levels can participate.
