Sun and Sound bath! Outdoor Live Gong Sound Meditation Session with Frida

Woohooo! Finally we can join again for a live Gong Session as we are meeting outside on the terrace of Yoga at Lobe Block Studio. Can’t wait to be playing for you and to see your faces!

How does this work?

The number of participants is limited to 7

No mask required during the meditation, there is a 1.5 m distance between all mats

Bring your own equipment (mat, blanket, water bottle, cushion if you like)

We will be using the terrace in the 4th floor.

There is a toilet available but no changing room or showers.

You will be accessing the terrace in the 4th floor directly from outside, through the stairs in the garden (which has beautiful flowers now).

I will be bringing all my gongs (8 Corners of Heaven, Chiron, Jupiter, handheld Earth) and we will make this a beautiful sound celebration and recharging meditation!

The event times will shift with the climate. We start now quite early in the afternoon so it is not too cold and will move into the night as temperature rises.

In case of rain the event will be cancelled and you will be informed at latest one hour before. In this case you can choose to use your ticket for another event or to receive a refund.
