Frida is happy to host you in an individual gong sound meditation in Berlin to provide a personal space for transformative sound experiences at SJAEL Hebammenpraxis in Kreuzberg.

An individual gong sound meditation is all about you (or your group of people). In a group sound bath the energetic field of everyone in the room merges while it is completely about advancing your own well-being when it is only you.

A 75 min. Session will allow time for one individual sound bath of 45 min. which represents one sleep cycle. It includes enough time in the beginning to settle and to gently be guided back to a conscious state.

75 min. Individual Sound Bath 1 - 4 Participants - €192,-

75 min. Individual Sound Bath 5 - 10 Participants - €222,-

For a deep personal experience, a 90 min. session is recommended - here we have enough time to talk through and advance a personal topic and if desired include an intuitive oracle card reading asking the guides for additional insights and support. Sessions can also be accompanied by a guided deep relaxation for body and mind or gentle exercises accommodating the Meridian flow.
