How to prepare:
bring your yoga mat and comfortable clothes which work with the climate
eventually bring a blanket so you keep yourself warm (the body temperature might drop during meditation)
bring sun protection like sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses
a water bottle to hydrate
The Sounds of the gongs are wonderfully blending together with the sounds of nature and the city on Yoga at Lobe Block’s beautiful terrace on the 4th floor (that view tho!).
Event instructions can be in German and English as needed.
