Full Moon Eclipse Sound bath! Outdoor Live Gong Sound Meditation Session with Frida
This full moon eclipse in Capricorn under the influence of Mercury and Uranus is a fortunate event moving forward positivity in our lives and establishing harmonious relationships.
I will be bringing all my gongs (8 Corners of Heaven, Chiron, Jupiter, handheld Earth) and we will make this a beautiful sound celebration and recharging meditation! The Sounds of the gongs are wonderfully blending together with the sounds of nature and the city on Lobe Block’s beautiful terrace in the 4th floor (that view tho!).
You can access directly from outside, through the stairs in the garden (which has beautiful flowers now). In case of rain we can move indoors in the studio in the 1st floor. In any case, there is a toilet available but no changing room or showers.
Please bring your own mat, blanket and water bottle.
