Willkommen in deinem persönlichen Raum, wo du es dir einfach auf der Matte bequem machen darfst für eine tiefe Entspannung. Lass den Alltag einfach kurz hinter dir. Die Gongklänge massieren sanft durch deinen Körper und Geist und füllen dich mit neuer Energie und einem Gefühl der Balance und inneren Harmonie.
Die Session findet je nach Bedarf der Teilnehmer auf deutsch / englisch / spanisch statt.
Komm vorbei in komfortabler Kleidung und bring dir, wenn möglich, eine Wasserflasche mit. Um alles andere kümmern wir uns, sodass du dich voll und ganz entspannen kannst.

Welcome to a personal space for yourself where you can simply lie down on a yoga mat and relax completely. Let go and let the gong sounds vibrate through your body, mind and soul recharging your energy and finding balance and peace within.

Frida öffnet dir einen persönlichen Raum für transformierende Klangerlebnisse im Viva Studio Berlin.
Eine individuelle Gong Klangmeditation ist ganz auf dich abgestimmt.
Bei einem Gongbad in der Gruppe bildet sich ein energetisches Feld zwischen allen teilnehmenden Individuen. Bei einer persönlichen Gong Meditation bleibt man hingegen ganz bei sich selbst und kann wunderbar mit persönlichen Themen in die Tiefe gehen.
Für eine tiefer gehende persönliche Erfahrung eignet sich die 90 min. Session besonders gut - sie bietet Raum, um ein persönliches Thema zu besprechen und auf Wunsche intuitiv Orakelkarten hinzuzuziehen um zusätzliche Erkenntnisse und Unterstützung zu erhalten. Die Session kann ebenfalls eine geführte tiefe Entspannung für Körper und Geist enthalten oder auch Übungen, um die Meridianflüsse zu harmonisieren.

An individual gong sound meditation is all about you.
In a group sound bath the energetic field of everyone in the room merges while it is completely about advancing your own well-being when it is only you.
For a deep personal experience, a 90 min. session is recommended - here we have enough time to talk through and advance a personal topic and if desired include an intuitive oracle card reading asking the guides for additional insights and support. Sessions can also be accompanied by a guided deep relaxation for body and mind or gentle exercises accommodating the Meridian flow.

Your Sansula is your perfect travel companion. Ensure to order the compatible soft bag with it to protect your instrument. It’s surface is fibreglass-enforced and the inside completely padded for safe storage of your Sansula. The strap comes included. It is the right bag size for all Hokema Sansulas with 9 tines (Hokema Sansula Basic, Renaissance and Deluxe).
