Jede Gong Meditation mit Frida ist einzigartig:
Willkommen in deinem persönlichen Raum, wo du es dir einfach auf der Matte bequem machen darfst für eine tiefe Entspannung. Lass den Alltag einfach kurz hinter dir. Die Gongklänge massieren sanft durch deinen Körper und Geist und füllen dich mit neuer Energie und einem Gefühl der Balance und inneren Harmonie.
Die Session findet je nach Bedarf der Teilnehmer auf deutsch / englisch / spanisch statt.
Komm vorbei in komfortabler Kleidung und bring dir, wenn möglich, eine Wasserflasche mit. Um alles andere kümmern wir uns, sodass du dich voll und ganz entspannen kannst.

Each Gong Meditation with Frida is a unique celebration:
Welcome to a personal space for yourself where you can simply lie down on a yoga mat and relax completely. Let go and let the gong sounds vibrate through your body, mind and soul recharging your energy and finding balance and peace within.
Teaching languages English, German, Spanish as needed
Please come in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle if available. Everything else is taken care of so you can relax fully.
