FRIDA MÖHRES
Frida Möhres is known for her intuitive, creative and feminine gong playing which flows from the heart, soothes the nervous system and opens the portals to the soul, to connection and transformation.
She studied playing gong in Buenos Aires in 2015 followed by advanced workshops with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux and many more, becoming a certified Teacher for Gong Playing for various styles.
She has been deeply exploring interior architecture, astrology, yoga, feng shui, meditation and of course music and loves to weave these inspirations into her worldwide creations. Her work can be found on Wanderlust TV, 7 Mind, Laura Malina Seiler HSH, and many more. She is Gong Guest Professor at Sound Medicine Institute.
Frida is a multidisciplinary artist and mindfulness trainer. Since 2019 she is active as a certified trainer for various styles of Gong Playing: she integrated Don Conreaux’ intuitive approach in her Initiation into Gong Playing Training and teaches Bear Love Sacred Sound’s sensitive approach to Flumie Playing. She creates various styles of events, trainings retreats, and more in Berlin, Barcelona, Santiago de Chile, worldwide and online.
