How to prepare:
Bring your yoga mat and come in comfortable clothing so you can lie down and relax comfortably
Come in a sober state (no alcohol etc.)
During the sound and light bath you close your eyes, relax and enjoy the journey
After each session, users often feel as if coming out of deep sleep and equally energized
Bring a water bottle to hydrate
As there will only be a limited amount of spots available and we have sold out each of the events so far, make sure to reserve yours on time
Bring negative Covid certificate etc. according to current rules at timing of the event,
Bring a FFP2 mask which you can take off for the session once seated
Please note the session is not suitable for epileptics as we work with flickering light
