Oneness meets full presence – Reach a new level of Balance inside out

Using the energy of the last day of Libra season, we work with the five elements and a blend of yogic practices and chi flow to establish our inner balance on yet another level and be in best shape for the upcoming Scorpio month.

Through intuition, breath, intention, movement and awareness we gently release stuck congested energy and bring emotions into dynamic balance promoting health, wellbeing and inner peace. The guided intuitive yoga session is followed by a deep gong bath to integrate your practice. We close our session together in a cacao (alt. chai) circle.

It is a unique workshop of correspondences and transformation – feel free to bring in everything you know, are and want to be !
