Del resto nos ocupamos nosotros, para que solo tengas que disfrutar.
✨ Cómo será la sesión: Empezamos con una relajación guiada, seguimos con un viaje sonoro y nos quedamos un momento en silencio para integrar todo lo que ha pasado. Después volvemos poco a poco, y cerramos el círculo compartiendo una taza de té.

Come lie down, take a deep breath, and let yourself be carried by the sounds of the gong and crystal bowls. You'll feel them vibrate through your body, mind, and soul. It's a moment to recharge your energy, find your balance, and head home with fresh inspiration — with a whole weekend ahead of you, and you've more than earned it!
✨ All you need to bring:
Comfortable clothing
A small cushion
A blanket
A bottle of water
We'll take care of the rest, so all you have to do is enjoy.
✨ How the session will flow: We begin with a guided relaxation, then move into a sound journey, and rest for a moment in silence to integrate everything that's come up. After that, we come back gently and close the circle over a shared cup of tea.
