A gong puja is a celebration of 7.5 hours of gong sound which is equivalent to 10 x 45 min gong baths (the usual duration of a gong sound meditation). Various gong players will be rotating to play throughout the night. 2 - 3 persons will be playing and awake at all times to hold the space and make sure that the gong sound remains at a gentle, meditative level.
During the gong night you sleep and meditate through the night until the sunrise at 6 pm. The only sound which will stay present with us in the morning is the silent sound of the heart, where peace and freedom of the soul live.
A gong meditation is an invitation to go to an internal state of silence, peace and truth. It allows for a complete relaxation with the sound, balances emotions and our biorhythm. It reduces stress and tension, harmonizing us on our natural frequency. It gives us the possibility to work through and advance personal topics. It regenerates, strengthens and brings us into balance.
Chiro House at Holzmarkt 25 is a space fully dedicated to health beyond the absence of pain, offering a beautiful cupola with beautiful views, next to the river in the centre of Berlin. The site is an iconic location in our vibrant city.
Yoga mats will be available, yet it is recommended to bring yourself a comfortable mat, blanket and cushion so you can rest and be comfortable during the 7.5 hours. From 9pm you can arrive and set up your space. Make sure to come early to pick your favorite spot. It is recommended to have a light dinner before and come in comfortable clothes. You can bring your crystals and malas to charge them with high vibrational, harmonious energy. Snacks and water/tea will be available throughout the night and a breakfast will be served before everyone leaves.
