Wir laden dich herzlich ein, mit uns die Sommersonnenwende in einer Gong Puja zu feiern: in einer nächtlichen meditativen Klang Zeremonie • am kraftvollen Wendepunkt im Jahreskreis • laden wir Licht, Liebe und Verbindung ein!
✨ Datum: 21.-22.06.2025 (Samstag auf Sonntag)
✨ Zeit: Einlass 20:15 um dein gemütliches Bett zu richten; Zeremonie: 21:00 - 07:00 inkl. Frühstück und 7.5 Stunden ununterbrochener Gong Klang
✨ Ort: Viva Studio Berlin, Wilmersdorfer Str. 98/99, 10629 Berlin (S Charlottenburg, U7 Adenauerplatz)
✨ Am besten mitbringen: Campingmatratze, Decke, Kissen, Wasserflasche, kleine persönliche Gegenstände / Bilder die du im energetischen Klangfeld aufladen magst. (Melde dich falls du keine Campingmatratze hast, damit wir Lösungen finden können.)
Wasser, Tee und Snacks stehen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Frühstück ist inklusive.
In der kürzesten Nacht des Jahres der nördlichen Hemisphäre, kommen wir zusammen um das Licht in und um uns herum zu zelebrieren. Die Gong Puja ist eine tief meditative Erfahrung in der die heilenden Klänge der Gongs die ganze Nacht über gespielt werden • sie unterstützen dich dabei, loszulassen, zu regenerieren und dich auf tiefer Ebene neu auszurichten.

Die Sommersonnenwende ist eine Zeit der Fülle, der Klarheit und der Transformation. Ein kraftvoller Moment, um Altes loszulassen, neue Impulse zu setzen und mit frischer Energie in die zweite Jahreshälfte zu starten.
🌀 Was ist eine Gong Puja?
Die Gong Puja wurde von Gongmeister Don Conreaux entwickelt und ist eine 7.5-stündige Klangreise mit durchgehend gespielten Gongklängen. Die Teilnehmenden liegen entspannt und lassen sich von den Schwingungen in einen Zustand tiefer Ruhe und Zellheilung tragen – ähnlich wie bei mehreren ruhig und meditativ gespielten Gongbädern hintereinander.

Frida spielt die Gong Puja gemeinsam mit einigen ihrer Gongschüler aus Berlin. Join us in sacred celebration of the Summer Solstice • a powerful turning point of the year • with a Gong Puja: an all-night meditative gong sound ceremony to invite love, light and connection!
✨Date: 21.-22.06.2025 (Saturday - Sunday)
✨ Time: Entrance 20:15 to set up your space; Ceremony: 21:00 - 07:00 incl. Breakfast
✨ Location: Viva Studio Berlin, Wilmersdorfer Str. 98/99, 10629 Berlin (S Charlottenburg, U7 Adenauerplatz)
✨ If possiblebring: camping mattress, blanket, cushion, water bottle, small personal objects / pictures which you would like to charge in the energetic sound field (in case you don’t have a camping mattress etc. let us know so we can find solutions)
Water, tea and snacks are available at all times. Breakfast is included.
In the shortest night of the year in the Northern hemisphere, we gather to celebrate the light within and around us. The Gong Puja is a deeply meditative experience where the healing vibrations of the gongs are played continuously through the night, supporting a state of deep rest and cellular rejuvenation.

The Summer Solstice marks a time of abundance, illumination, and transformation. It’s a potent moment to release, realign, and set intentions as we step into the second half of the year.
🌀 What is a Gong Puja?
Created by Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux, the Gong Puja is a 7.5-hour journey through sustained gong sound, offering the benefits of multiple gong baths in one immersive experience. Participants lie down and rest while the gongs guide the body and mind through cycles of healing.
🌞 Who is playing the Gong Puja?
Frida will be hosting the Gong Puja together with a few of her gong students in Berlin. We are coming together, to share our passion for the high-frequency vibrations of the gongs with you: Astrid, Christina, Claudia, Claudia, Cornelia, Katharina, Lucas, Vanine, Zarahlena are looking forward to gathering with you in community, sound and silence - to celebrate the beauty of life!
