Welcome to a space where you can relax completely and let go. Let yourself be carried by the transformative sounds of gong and crystal bowls, which vibrate throughout your body, mind and soul. Recharge your energy, find your inner balance and new inspiration in a deep relaxation, attuning yourself to a wonderful weekend ahead :)
Please bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (a few are available in the space), small cushion, blanket and a water bottle. We will take care of all the rest so you can enjoy fully.
We start with a guided relaxation, followed by the sound journey and a moment of silence to integrate before we activate again and close our circle having a cup of tea together.

Bienvenido/a a un espacio donde podrás relajarte por completo y desconectar. Déjate llevar por los sonidos transformadores del gong y los cuencos de cristal, que vibrarán en tu cuerpo, mente y alma. Recarga tu energía, encuentra tu equilibrio interior y nueva inspiración en una profunda relajación, preparándote para un fin de semana maravilloso :)
Por favor, trae ropa cómoda, una esterilla de yoga (hay algunas disponibles), un cojín pequeño, una manta y una botella de agua. Nosotros nos encargamos del resto para que disfrutes al máximo.
Comenzaremos con una relajación guiada, seguida de un viaje sonoro y un momento de silencio para integrar la experiencia antes de volver a la actividad y cerrar el círculo compartiendo una taza de té.
