My name is Frida, and I am active as a gong practitioner, certified gong trainer and multidisciplinary artist since 2015.
Co-creating with Gong Sounds as Gong with Frida, I offer spaces where people can experience deep listening, relaxation, inner exploration, creative & personal growth, through the resonance of sound.

About Frida

About Frida ✳
Frida Möhres is a multidisciplinary artist and stress management trainer whose work moves at the intersection of sound, space, and inner experience.
Since 2019, she has been a certified gong instructor, creating immersive sound journeys, events, and workshops in cities such as Berlin, Barcelona, Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile, as well as internationally.
Her exploration of the gong began in 2015 and has since deepened into an ongoing practice of listening — inspired by nature, meditation, music, and the subtle rhythms that shape our inner and outer worlds.
Guided by a natural connection to the lunar cycle (cancer-leo cusp), her work invites a return to presence through the phases of the moon — creating spaces for reflection, intention, and release through sound.

You’ll have lifetime access (which means as long as the programme exists), including updates, so you can revisit the meditations anytime, as often as you want, and at your own pace.

New Moon • Full Moon is self-paced and available immediately after you enroll. Every new moon and every full moon a new gong meditation becomes available. You decide when to start and when to finish, whenever it fits your schedule. We start with the full moon in Pisces on March 19th, 2026 and end with the full moon in Leo on February 20th, 2027.

New Moon • Full Moon Gong Meditations is designed for complete beginners as well as those with experience. It is important that you feel comfortable with gong sound and do not have any physical or mental health condition where your health consultant would not recommend it.

Gong meditation is generally safe for most people. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe sound sensitivity, recent surgery, wear pacemakers / implanted medical devices, or are experiencing acute mental health conditions, please consult a healthcare professional before participating. With your booking, you confirm that you are mentally and physically able to participate.

Using headphones or qualitative speakers you will hear the resonance of the gong much better. A quiet space where you can lie down and listen without interruption. Do not drive a vehicle or operate heavy machinery while listening. Have a water bottle ready to hydrate after the gong sound meditation.

Since it’s self-paced, you can go slower or faster depending on your needs. We recommend to have 45-60 min. in total available for your meditation practice: 5-10 min. for breathing and journaling, getting in the mood. 20-30 min. for the actual gong audio. Approx. 15 min. for integration: remaining in silence for a few minutes, drinking water, stretching, journaling, spending this valuable time with yourself.
