Best Practices for your Gong Meditation at Home

  • Have your speakers or headphones ready

  • Shut out outside noises and distractions

  • Eventually be able to dim down the light, have an eye mask and blanket nearby

  • Wear comfortable clothes :)

  • It's nice when you can just lie down during the gong sound meditation so you can relax completely. Alternatively, you can sit or just be in a comfortable space

  • Finish all important tasks beforehand so you can find a proper rest and be inspired for the rest of your day / a good night of sleep

  • Should you feel a lot of vibration during the sound meditation, breathe deeply and relax and the sensation will go away

  • Make sure to drink some water after the meditation, a walk in nature is usually amazing!
