Best Practices for your Gong Meditation at Home
Have your speakers or headphones ready
Shut out outside noises and distractions
Eventually be able to dim down the light, have an eye mask and blanket nearby
Wear comfortable clothes :)
It's nice when you can just lie down during the gong sound meditation so you can relax completely. Alternatively, you can sit or just be in a comfortable space
Finish all important tasks beforehand so you can find a proper rest and be inspired for the rest of your day / a good night of sleep
Should you feel a lot of vibration during the sound meditation, breathe deeply and relax and the sensation will go away
Make sure to drink some water after the meditation, a walk in nature is usually amazing!
